hello! haha didn't really have much time to update for quite a while. but things have been going well (: ahh, EOYs are coming soon. i better start getting into the mugging mode soon. if not nothing will get done. sighh. ritee.
okayy, the past week has been okay. DMP has been slow-paced, allowing me to study in the library during the free time. haha. i love school and bishan library! i've spent like so much time in those two places just trying to study my chem and stuff. gotta fit it all into my brain soon yeah! the acids, bases, reactions, redox, mole concept... ahhhh! me looking forward to the next two weeks of DMP cuz it means irregular classes and nice breaks to relax and mug at weird timings. haha.
anyway, went to CHIJ(TP)'s student leaders' invest on friday night. meant to meet gabriel at the MRT station and in the end he got fetched by his dad and i had to walk myself. and i tell you the instructions he gave me were wayy weird. haha they went like this: " Turn right from mrt, get out of underpass. Follow the hdb building all the way, after underpass go left. End of hdb opp is the sch. it's beside 7-11." yeaaah. haha. good thing i didn't get lost. and i arrived earlier than him ><
haha the invest was super cool! i'm now so motivated to have a great reception and touring/interaction session for our guests for our investiture next year cuz this one was the best i have ever experienced! it was quite interesting experiencing the way the invest was conducted and stuff. and funny watching the "servant leadership" skit. i still can't believe that the council did all the prep in two weeks! haha.
after the main programme there came this flurry of mini-candlelight reception in the open, chit-chat, school tour, ghost stories (BOO!), jokes, school stories, random stories, sparklers, hyper cheers, songs and stuff. haha wayy cool (: thank you jessica and kerlene, you both were great hosts! (: haha.
claire li tried to trick me as i was going home and i almost took the 59 from the wrong side of the road which would have sent me to i don't know where! ahh! good thing i didn't fall for it. haha. and claire, i didn't fall asleep okay! i got off at the right time and i was awake. but i was the only one on the bus in the middle of the night. haah creepy.
