my goodness, 13 days without an update. * no i don't want this blog to die * oh well, have been reallyreallyreally busy this whole time. the 3am nights, the stacks and stacks of work, the many tests ...

just reached the end of a crazy week and i finally got to to sleep like 13 hours last night. hmm, that's probably a little less than the time i slept for all the days of this last week combined! and i'm feeling energized now, at least for a while before i go back to my piles of homework. the good thing is that monday is a holiday and well, that more time to mug. XD

as the last week of school approaches, there are just so many things to consider and think about. how will the kemama shop run next term? what's gonna happen to my GPA? what's my leadership future next year? what's my entire life in RI gonna culminate into? the reality is that i only have 2 week more of lessons this year. 3 week more of DMP. then it's already the EOYs. after that, besides post-CT activities, the years pretty much over. and three years in RI would have just flew by like that. i'm going into the final hurdle already, the most important one. there are so many areas i wanna contribute in. and i don't know how it's all gonna unfold. well, i can only hope for the best. it's all worth it. i hope it would be.

i've been having this thing for poetry lately, much more than best. reading manifesto off geoff's blog just seemed better than the first time i read in in sec 1. it seemed so much newer... haha. well, i'm tired. another post another time.

haha. there's just so many things to update over the last few days. think i'll give a full update if i have time tomorrow. well, for now, here's a short post.

GETTING LOST

seems to be hip and trendy to get lost nowadays. it's weird really. was at conan's place this morning to do lit drama parody stuff. at 815am when we were all meant to meet, only me and shanzhi arrived. let's see what happened to the rest:

jonlian: got lost in his own neighbourhood. couldn't find the road to walk in. ended up walking into a construction site (an act which left me, conan and shanzhi in stiches of laughter).finally made it, well in relatively good time.

geoff: didn't know about what was going on until 9am. rushed down from home and got lost. walked 2km in the wrong direction in the estate conan stays in. stopped by one house to ask for directions. two women (who lived in the same house) pointed two opposite ways. haha. confused but finally made it.

mooty: i love this the best. mooty didn't know what was going on. woke up late, left house late and had no idea how to reach conan's house. arrived via bus near the area. spent the next 90 MINUTES wandering around until he landed up in a petrol station far from where conan stayed. well, all i can say is a football match might have concluded in the time he spent wandering about. in the end, he got too lost. conan's dad had to fetch him.

well, those are just some hillarious things which happen.

and before we left, we had some really random talk. it was fun though, discussing things from religion to what CAP does to you to the life of Geoffrey ! XD haha.

haha. "Chemicals React" by Aly and AJ is now the official chemistry song! haha. we had fun trying to parody the words in conan's house today. it's really fun. go try !

i haven't been blogging much. i've been busy. well, it's not uncommon.

the rest of this week is slack. tomorrow we're leaving the school celebration early to proceed to the museum for rehearsals. 10-1050 am is all the time we have left in the national museum in order to perfect ourselves. Drama of History Winner's Showcase of the top 3 teams has to live up to its (increasing) expectations. after time at the museum probably gonna watch a movie and eat lunch or something. sighh, i haven't even found time to buy shoes! the sole of my adidas grand prix shoes started splitting so long ago. i need a new pair so that i won't need to keep wearing the broken one. one day, it might just break halfway when i'm out somewhere. sigh. wish that never happens.

national day would be spend at the museum. the whole day.it would likely be the final two performances ever we are going to put up. well, we worked so hard for this. we had better make it count. yeah, once again, anyone interested in coming please ask/tell/bug/msn/sms me or something :p and, i gotta rush off to attend wedding dinner after the whole thing. so i'll literally be out the whole day!

no news on ecne outing yet. why isn't anyone telling me anything? haha. i've no idea how i'm gonna fit ecne outing and mr. liu's farewell into my already packed schedule but i really don't wanna miss either. sighh, friday? i have no idea what's gonna come out of it.

i can't see how this is turning out. is it right? is it wrong? it doesn't seem clear. i don't seem to understand.

whoa. i realised i have been blogging for pretty long. its almost been a week since i last posted. guess i just have been really busy. but it's true. i have been busy.

so many things have been going on the past week. with the highlight of the week being the Ministry of Law YOUth Mediation forum at Suntec Convention Center on saturday. think that really has been beneficial and can be applied back into so many socials contexts. and YOUth mediation can also be linked back to YOUth leadership and initiative. wow. haha, this links back to ECNE action paper! and the strange thing is both have the "YOUth" play on letters. interesting. i'm remembering the AP all over again ><

then again after the busy periods, there are a couple of things to look forward to. i hope.

x-country at bedok (friday): Moor House must win! I must make top 25 medal positions. i hope.
Drama of History Rehearsals (8 Aug): get to leave school early! short rehearsals then have the rest of the day free. i want to go out on 8 aug. so much time in the afternoon and evening!
Drama of History Winner's Showcase (9 Aug): It's gonna be the very last time we stage our play "Between Dimensions" at the National Museum. It's such a great feeling knowing that your hardwork has paid off in such a way. I'm glad we have this chance to perform again, to relive the memory. The two shows start at 11 and 3 i think. and till now, i'm still not sure if a ticket is needed or if admission is free without ticket. but i should think it would be free. yay!

from 8 august until 12 august, we effectively have a 5 day break. whew! a much needed break from school work. this is probably my LAST chance to rest and relax before the rest of the crazy weeks of the term. Class Outing? ECNE outing when? Mr. Liu's farewell? hmm, gotta settle this lot of outings soon. hopefully, they come through.

now i've got a decision to make. i'm not sure what step to take. help me.
